Craig Smith has written and recorded eleven album projects with major record labels and has had several national top ten singles. He was nominated for the Dove award in the Best Worship album category in 1988 and named Sesac's Inspirational Songwriter of the Year. He has recorded and written with many Christian artists through the years including Brian Doerksen, Paul Baloche, Don Moen, Israel Houghton, Twila Paris, John Michael Talbot, Paul Smith, Robin Mark, and Paul Wilber.
“I think one of my greatest challenges as a pastor is to spend the needed time in God's presence renewing my mind, refreshing my soul, and restoring my strength, and it appears from the various statistics and surveys available that this is one of the greatest challenges for most of us in ministry.”
Though he has had years of traveling in ministry, Craig has always been firmly rooted in a local church, which he feels should be a requirement for any music ministry. Craig and his wife Dianna have just begun their tenth year pastoring in the very church which they have called home for almost two decades in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
